Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical due diligence for real estate acquisitions, investments and development opportunities. You will coordinate with investors, asset owners and advisors to deliver actionable insights.

You will oversee feasibility studies, design reviews and delivery programmes, manage consultants and contractors, and work with investment teams across Singapore and the APAC region to drive value and practical

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related built-environment discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience within architecture, project management, development, consultancy or real estate advisory.
• Strong architectural and building design knowledge, ideally with experience taking projects from design through construction.
• Experience in technical due diligence, feasibility studies, development advisory or pre-acquisition assessments would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical due diligence assessments for real estate acquisitions, investments and development opportunities.
• Carry out feasibility studies and development reviews, assessing design, planning, buildability, programme, cost and potential project risks.
• Review architectural, structural and MEP information and identify key technical issues that may impact an investment or development.
• Prepare clear and commercially focused technical reports for investors, asset owners and other key stakeholders.
• Manage consultants, contractors and external specialists throughout the due diligence and project delivery process.
• Support clients on refurbishment, asset enhancement, redevelopment and new-build projects.
• Coordinate project programmes, budgets, design development and key deliverables.
• Work closely with clients, investment teams and senior decision-makers to provide practical recommendations.
• Support the wider business on project management and development advisory assignments across Singapore and potentially the wider APAC region.
