Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring SEQDC compliance and on-time delivery. The role requires directing multiple teams and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers at sites in Singapore.

You will drive safety, quality, and cost-control while managing budgets and regulatory requirements. A proven track record on large-scale projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15-20 years of construction industry experience, including at least 10 years in project management and senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering at least two construction projects with individual contract values exceeding S$300 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of project execution across the project lifecycle to meet SEQDC targets.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and delivery programmes.
• Monitor progress to ensure milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations are achieved.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WSH regulations and environmental requirements.
• Oversee quality management to ensure works meet project specs, standards and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement, cost control, contract administration and variations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks with corrective actions.
• Ensure statutory approvals, permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are obtained.
• Provide regular project reporting on safety, quality, programme, cost, risks and overall performance.
• Lead project commissioning, handover, defect management and closeout.
