Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring timelines, budgets, and performance targets, developing construction programmes, and managing project teams on site. Degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale project management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, scheduling, operation and execution of the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes, resource plans, and work schedules.
• Assist in the management of project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Serve as a key point of contact to ensure smooth communication and resolution of project issues.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance and constructability.
• Support or lead project teams, including site engineers and coordinators.
