Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a Senior Project Manager to act as the Owner’s Representative for new industrial estates with JTC, overseeing infrastructure and building contracts to safeguard interests and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a background in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Architecture and 5–10 years of relevant experience in consultancy or contracting environments, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Architecture with 5–10 years of relevant experience in consultant or contractor firms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all contracts for infrastructure and buildings within new estates.
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with government agencies on development issues.
• Identify construction-related issues or contractual disputes and provide solutions.
• Deliver buildings and infrastructure on time and cost-effectively.
• Accountable for project construction schedule, safety and site housekeeping.
• Perform other administrative duties related to development.
