Job summary

ADVANCED SUBSTRATE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Architecture and Civil SME to lead design management for the Jurong Expansion Project.

You will represent the Owner’s interests through design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory alignment. You will act as technical interface with EPCs and vendors, oversee design reviews, and ensure compliance with local building codes.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in industrial or high-tech facility projects.
Experience in design review, project execution, construction support, and commissioning activities.
Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and approvals is an asset.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for Architecture and Civil disciplines across the project lifecycle.
Define and validate Owner's Project Requirements and design criteria.
Review design deliverables, RFIs, and change proposals; assess impacts and provide recommendations.
Ensure site planning, building layouts, structural design, and cleanroom support infrastructure meet requirements.
Collaborate with EPC contractors and internal teams to align objectives.
