Talent Trader Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and resources. You will coordinate with engineers, site teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure timely delivery and profitability.

You will manage safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and support audits and business development opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in smoke control, fire alarm, HVAC, or building automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, PM practices, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM; able to manage multiple projects and teams in fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project targets and margins.
• Lead project teams, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and forecasts; resolve issues, improve project efficiency, and provide regular performance updates.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, quality control, documentation, and project handover to ensure compliance with contractual specifications, technical requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, ISO standards, and relevant regulations; maintain project safety documentation, support audits, and assist management with business development opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in smoke control, fire alarm, HVAC, or building automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, project management practices, and stakeholder coordination, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM; able to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
