Job summary

GIC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the Enterprise Service Management program within the Digital Enterprise Solutions team. You will lead delivery and change management across a multi-year initiative, ensuring technology rollout aligns with organisational readiness and strategic outcomes.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, Corporate Communications, Workplace Management, Security, and vendors to design interventions that foster adoption and value realization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of technology project management experience.
• Certification in Agile, SAFe, PMIPMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or change management (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Service Management program across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness planning.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, Corporate Communications, Workplace Management, Security, and vendors to drive adoption.
