Job summary

Catalyst Talent Strategy Consulting is seeking a Project Manager for Engineering Infrastructure in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, coordinating engineers with diverse skillsets and ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.

The role requires PMP certification, strong stakeholder management, and ability to drive governance, testing, and vendor negotiations across multi-disciplinary teams. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecom), Computer Science or IT
• More than 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure projects
• Certifications in Project Management such as PMP and CITPM are preferred
• Experience delivering multi-platform technology IT projects (networking, apps, databases, OS, security)

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of infrastructure projects from contract to hand-over
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors including RFX management
• Ensure project governance, quality testing and reporting to stakeholders
• Maintain effective communication with finance, legal, PMO and procurement teams
• Organize project meetings and drive action plans and deadlines
