Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering with at least two years in PM, plus proficiency in MS Office and MS Project or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Project Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Experience in test planning, implementation, installation and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Expertise in writing scopes of work for construction subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
