Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Track progress against planned dates and identify delays early.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate activities for timely deliverables.
• Reassess timelines and implement recovery plans when risks arise.
• Provide regular milestone and schedule updates.
• Facilitate governance meetings, reviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Escalate risks and blockers promptly and drive resolution.
• Coordinate action items and decisions to ensure smooth execution.
