Job summary

Woh Hup Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead civil and marine construction initiatives, designing and executing comprehensive project plans to deliver on time and within budget. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure safe, quality delivery across all project phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
15+ years of experience delivering large-scale building and marine projects.
Proven ability to manage teams from tender to handover and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned teams in the timely execution of projects within budget.
Manage marine/coastal infrastructure and drainage improvement projects from planning to implementation.
Monitor site progress against master program with no delays.
Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Efficiently oversee marine subcontractors, logistics, plant and equipment.
Provide guidance on quality and safety standards; offer technical expertise as needed.
Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.
