Job summary

Zohorecruit in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering and building projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or PM, 10+ years of PM experience across residential, government and commercial sectors, and strong communication.

You will coordinate designers, contractors and suppliers, manage risks, submit reports, and uphold safety and regulatory standards on site.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master in Civil Engineering or Project Management or relevant field.
• Proven at least 10 years of working experience in project management in the public and private residential, government and commercial building projects.
• Solid technical knowledge related to structural, architectural (finishing) or M&E works.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Overall project planning, schedule and execution within time, budget and client expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor progress and identify critical activities to meet targets.
• Ensure work is executed per approved plans and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare weekly updates and reports for Management.
• Maintain safety and other compliance matters on site.
