Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager (non-management) to lead multiple customer software implementation projects across APAC, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

As Scrum Master, you will coach teams on Agile practices, collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks, and handle change control. Travel to client sites and offices is required; hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of external customer project management experience (8+ for senior candidates).
• Experience managing complex software implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer software implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Act as Scrum Master for project teams and coach on Agile principles.
• Collaborate across departments, vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project scope and manage change to capture additional work and billing.
• Communicate project updates and expectations to stakeholders.
