Job summary

Keppel Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Coordination professional to support delivery of infrastructure, networking, cloud and hardware projects.

The role involves coordinating schedules, risks, meetings and project documentation, and working closely with engineers and vendors to ensure timely delivery. You’ll gain exposure to waterfall and agile workflows, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to proposal stages with sales and pre-sales architects.

Project Management Experience

We are looking for candidates who has:

• 2–5 years of project coordination or junior project management experience.
• Exposure to infrastructure, server, networking, or cloud implementation projects.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Project Management Best Practice

• Basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Support project tracking for scope, issues, risks, and timelines.
• Maintain RAID logs, meeting minutes, and project reports.

Project Management Pre-Sales Engagement

• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects to document and present solutions during proposal stage
• Tender response, SOW, project planning, project roadmaps, project effort estimation, project organization chart
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive “C” level clients
• The ideal candidate will project a professional image, demonstrating excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
