Job summary

Keppel Data Centres is seeking a project coordinator to support the delivery of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and hardware implementation projects in Singapore. You will coordinate schedules, risks, meetings, and documentation while collaborating with engineers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years of project coordination or junior PM experience, exposure to infrastructure or cloud projects, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Exposure to infrastructure, server, networking, or cloud implementation projects.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Has

Project Management Experience

• 2–5 years of project coordination or junior project management experience.
• Exposure to infrastructure, server, networking, or cloud implementation projects.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Project Management Best Practice

• Basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Support project tracking for scope, issues, risks, and timelines.
• Maintain RAID logs, meeting minutes, and project reports.

Project Management Pre-Sales Engagement

• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects to document and present solutions during proposal stage
• Tender response, SOW, project planning, project roadmaps, project effort estimation, project organization chart
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive “C” level clients
• The ideal candidate will project a professional image, demonstrating excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer‑centric approach.
