Job summary

Fairy Group Ventures Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major business transformation projects across its F&B and entertainment operations.

The role focuses on Business Process Re-engineering, Data Analytics, Automation and IoT to improve efficiency, reduce manpower dependency and enhance the customer experience. You will drive new workflows, dashboards and pilot automation initiatives, coordinating with technology partners and outlets to deliver data-driven

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse existing business and operational processes across FGV's F&B and entertainment operations.
• Identify inefficiencies, duplication, manual processes, operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Develop and implement improved workflows, SOPs and operating models.
• Evaluate existing manpower-intensive processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
• Establish systematic data collection processes across FGV's F&B and entertainment businesses.
• Identify key operational, financial, customer and performance data required for management decision-making.
• Consolidate data from POS systems, reservations, karaoke systems, membership platforms, inventory systems and other operational platforms.
• Analyse sales, customer traffic, product mix, labour productivity, inventory movement and outlet performance.
• Develop management dashboards and performance reports.
• Identify trends and patterns that can improve revenue, cost control and operational efficiency.
• Translate data into performance KPIs for individual outlets and business units.
• Spearhead the adoption of automation and robotics initiatives across FGV's F&B and entertainment operations.
• Identify suitable processes for automation, including repetitive, labour-intensive and high-volume activities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including service robots, cleaning robots, automated kitchen systems, inventory automation and smart ordering solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects.
• Work with technology vendors and solution providers to develop pilot programmes.
• Lead implementation, testing and commissioning of automation solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation of IoT solutions across FGV's outlets and facilities.
• Identify opportunities to connect equipment, systems and operational assets through IoT technology, including (a) Equipment monitoring (b) Energy management (c) Temperature monitoring (d) Refrigeration (e) Asset and inventory tracking.
• Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring and alerts.
• Work with technology partners to integrate IoT devices with existing business systems.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading major business transformation projects across FGV's F&B and entertainment operations.

The role will focus on Business Process Re-engineering,Data Analytics, Automation, Robotics and Internet of Things (IoT), with the objective of improving operational efficiency, reducing manpower dependency, enhancing customer experience and building a more data-driven organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Re-engineering

• Review and analyse existing business and operational processes across F&B and entertainment operations.
• Identify inefficiencies, duplication, manual processes, operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
