Boston Consulting Group SEA is seeking Project Leaders, Principals and Partners for our Financial Institutions Practice, who will partner with clients to take on their most difficult challenges, transform mind-sets, create outstanding value, and build capabilities that enable organizations to achieve sustainable advantage.

You will lead client engagements, supervise research and analytics, and help develop long-term strategies that drive sustainable advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong academics from a top-tier institution.
• Experience in strategy consulting and leading teams.
• Ability to solve complex business problems using quantitative analysis and strategic thinking.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Manage client engagements and supervise research to define client needs.
• Lead project teams of consultants to design long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value.
• Oversee hypothesis development and advanced financial analysis of data.
• Apply business principles to develop actionable recommendations and supervise due diligence, product development studies, and change management plans.
• Manage client contact and help develop high-level client relationships.
• Act as a content lead for proposals and business development work.
