Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Senior Principal for Financial Services to pursue and grow deep client relationships, operating at executive and senior management levels. You will provide leadership on critical engagements, often coordinating global Infosys and client teams.

You will be a key global leader, developing the next generation of leaders and offering disruptive, new approaches. You will lead transformation programs, SI and solution delivery across APAC.

Qualifications

• Proven revenue & practice growth and the ability to define and deliver solutions.
• Proven experience in consulting services in business, IT, banking, or financial services.
• Involvement related to e-commence, channels, POS, API, media, marketing
• Experience in leading, developing, and guiding teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth through banking domain experiences.
• Significant experience across large and complex business and sales targets delivery.
• Lead transformation SI/ Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and successfully position Financial Services to new and existing clients across our APAC region as strategically important offerings.
• Lead, mentor and develop people within the APAC Financial Services Consulting practice.
• Working closely with Infosys Consulting's Other Associate Partners and Industry leads to sell related consulting services, often as part of larger transformation initiatives.
• Take ownership for proposals and lead solution creation and implementation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, network extensively with industry experts and forums and contribute to the firm building through recruitment, training, and Intellectual Property generation, issuing POV's, Whitepapers etc.
