RTX seeks a Senior Manager, Project Manager to lead enterprise-level programs across multiple sites in the Connected Factory initiative. You will own scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications, coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain to drive results.

The role requires 7+ years in project management, proficiency with Microsoft Project, and the ability to analyze cost savings and build strong business cases for budget and forecast considerations.

Formación

• University degree (or advanced degree) with minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-level or high-complexity projects across functions.
• Ability to build detailed schedules, manage budgets, and communicate financial impacts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-level or high-complexity projects involving multiple functions, digital systems, or manufacturing sites.
• Serve as the primary owner of project scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Build and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project with dependencies and resources.
• Review cost-savings analyses and develop business cases to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with site teams to align with the enterprise transformation roadmap.
• Develop program governance, milestones, KPIs, and resource plans; manage intake processes.
