Collins Aerospace is hiring a Sr. Manager, Project Manager in Singapore to lead complex cross-functional programs within the Connected Factory initiative. Qualifications

• Lead issue resolution and cross‑functional decision‑making to keep deliverables on track.
• Coordinate closely with Manufacturing/Operations to support operational readiness, capacity alignment, and successful implementation of equipment, system, or process changes.
• Present program updates, risks, financial implications, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Hands‑on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies used in operational environments.
• Experience working with manufacturing KPIs (safety, people, quality, delivery, cost) and understanding how project outcomes affect them.
• Familiarity with regulatory, quality, or safety requirements relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Experience with digital manufacturing, automation, or connected factory technologies (preferred).

This position is classified as:

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.].
• Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
