Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced engineer to drive end-to-end development and deployment of new CNC production processes and tooling. The role focuses on planning, programming, and optimizing production flows for precision metal parts, with validation of CNC programs in offline environments.

Candidate must have an engineering degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of CNC tooling, G/M codes, CAD/CAM, and metrology standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering discipline required with deep domain knowledge.
• Experience with CNC processes, tooling, metrology and CAD/CAM programming.
• Attention to detail and project leadership capabilities.
