Job summary

You will coordinate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams and external vendors to ensure timely, cost-efficient execution and alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires PM expertise in financial institutions, strong communication, and an ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, especially IT projects in financial institutions.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum is desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects (Supply Chain Financing).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations) and external vendors to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure seamless integration of SCF platforms with client systems and internal infrastructure.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational risk standards.
• Drive automation, scalability, and process improvements to support business growth and efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and strategic impact.
