Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Senior Project Executive to coordinate and drive operational and improvement projects within healthcare. You will collaborate across clinical, operations, and administrative teams to ensure compliant and smooth execution.

The role is newly created, requiring hands-on coordination and independent work across multiple stakeholders. Mileage for work-related travel is reimbursed, and a 5-day work week is offered along with medical and dental

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in business, healthcare admin, or PM.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare setting experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support projects from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and administrative teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and requirements.
• Assist in process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Support audits, inspections, accreditation exercises, and compliance docs.
• Prepare project reports, SOPs, meeting minutes and ops docs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and external stakeholders as needed.
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Assist Management in ops planning and improvement initiatives.
• Support contingency planning and ad-hoc projects.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Senior Project Executive to support and coordinate operational and improvement projects within a healthcare environment. This role will work closely with Management and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with healthcare operational standards.

This is a newly created role suitable for candidates who are hands-on, independent, and enjoy coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support projects from planning to implementation
• Work closely with clinical, operations, and administrative teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project timelines, progress updates, and operational requirements
• Assist in process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives
• Support audits, inspections, accreditation exercises, and compliance documentation
• Prepare project reports, SOPs, meeting minutes, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders when required
• Track project follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action items
• Assist Management in operational planning and improvement initiatives
• Support contingency planning and other ad-hoc projects when assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Candidates from healthcare, nursing home, hospital, or healthcare services environments will have an added advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsPositive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
