Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Project Manager to lead lighting and electrical infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will coordinate activities from award through completion, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and manage schedules, budgets, and quality on site.
The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years in construction or related fields; WSH certifications are required.
Up till$4500 basic + Performance Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

Working Days/Timings: 5 days work week | Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6:00pm)

Coordinate and monitor project progress from award to successful completion.
Monitor project schedules, progress, quality, and budgets.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Attend site meetings, inspections, and project coordination meetings.
Coordinate material deliveries, installation works, and project documentation.
Prepare progress claims, variation order (VO) quotations, and project close-out documentation.
Ensure project works are carried out in compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and Company safety procedures.
Promote safe work practices and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.
Prepare tenders, quotations, and cost estimates.
Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
Source and compare products, pricing, and suppliers.
Prepare technical submissions, compliance documents and value-engineering proposals.
Provide technical advice and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
Assist in resolving technical, operational, and site-related issues.
Source and compare products, pricing, and suppliers.
Provide technical support during project implementation and the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
Support the Project Manager in project-related tasks.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Experience in lighting, electrical, M&E or building projects will be an advantage
Committed to maintaining high standards of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), with possession of the required WSH certifications for site work.
Training on products, project management, and industry practices will be provided
