Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of technical assistants, conducting electrical and lighting installation works at project sites in the East. The role emphasizes reading drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications, and hands-on site oversight.

You will coordinate daily site activities, troubleshoot on-site issues, and liaise with project teams and contractors to ensure safe, timely completion of installations.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Professional Certificate, Nitec, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Technical Assistants carrying out electrical and lighting installation works.
• Assemble, install, operate, inspect, and test electrical wiring and lighting fixtures at project sites.
• Carry out cabling works, including new wiring, rewiring, and installation of lighting fixtures.
• Ensure all installation works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues involving electrical wiring and lighting fixtures on-site.
• Conduct repair and rectification works to ensure lighting systems operate safely and effectively.
• Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks to technical team members.
• Monitor work quality, installation progress, and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and other relevant parties regarding installation and technical matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:15pm

Salary Package Basic up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Technical Assistants carrying out electrical and lighting installation works.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate, Nitec, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of working experience in Singapore involving electrical installation works for commercial offices or buildings; and/or

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in electrical installation works for commercial offices or buildings.

• Hands-on experience in electrical wiring, cabling, lighting fixture installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair.

• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and installation specifications.

• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising technical or installation teams.

• Good technical troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and at various project sites.
