CECO Environmental Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for the Singapore Projects Team.

You will manage small to medium projects, assist the Senior Manager in ensuring on-time and on-budget execution, and coordinate across clients and vendors. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of project experience; PMP certification would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated project and implementation experience.
• PMP certification would be an advantage.
• Experience with distributed project teams and resources preferred.
• Excellent prioritization and organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff and clients.
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-effort environments; Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prioritizes assigned project tasks with guidance from supervisor.
• Closely monitors progress to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Identifies and manages issues, risks and changes.
• Acts as primary liaison for project team members, clients and vendors.
• Maintains documentation for dates, budgets, timelines and schedules.
• Reports status to stakeholders via formal and informal methods.
• Communicates status, risks and objectives clearly to all audiences.
• Engages in continuous improvement of project management processes.
