Job summary

PM Group in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver CAPEX projects, build strong client relationships and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

You will drive objectives within scope, schedule and budget, ensure governance and project controls, and report progress to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years’ project management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and industry standards.

PM Group has an immediate requirement for a Project Engineer with experience in delivering CAPEX projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with our clients
• Effectively communicating with both internal & external stakeholders
• Establishing project objectives in line with our clients and ensure goals & timelines are achieved
• Execution of projects via the PM Group Quality and Management systems
• Responsible for projects technical and commercial delivery
• Develop & implement appropriate project execution strategies
• Establish project resource requirements and lead / motivate the project team
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations
• Develop & maintain project budgets
• Manage development of project plans and schedules with focus on achievement of project goals
• Provides project status updates / reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices and standards
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential along with a good understanding\experience of project controls & governance through the full project lifecycle.
