Job summary

Synergex Engineering PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Project Coordinator to support execution of awarded projects in the MEP sector. The role focuses on coordinating with clients and consultants, monitoring quality, inspecting subcontractor work, and preparing reports and site documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years’ experience in Industrial Plants such as Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical sectors. Driving and software skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience working in Industrial Plants such as Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Relevant safety certificates (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Class 3 Driving License to enable travel to project sites.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans and implementation with clients and consultants to ensure alignment and smooth progress
• Monitor ongoing work and perform quality checks to identify issues and recommend improvements for project management effectiveness
• Inspect subcontractor work to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Prepare detailed project reports documenting progress, issues, and resolutions
• Verify the completion and accuracy of updated drawings to maintain project documentation integrity
• Assist in preparing and submitting site documentation to comply with regulatory and project requirements
• Support the Project Manager and Director in executing awarded projects to meet timelines and quality standards
