Job summary

BRK International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned C&S/ME/EE engineer to lead multidisciplinary construction projects, overseeing major buildings and deep excavation works from design through handover, leveraging engineering expertise and project management skills.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical engineering with PEB Singapore or OIC accreditation, and at least 10 years of relevant construction experience on similar-scale projects, including completion

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent recognized by PEB Singapore or OIC accreditation.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience as a C&S engineer, geotechnical engineer, mechanical engineer, or electrical engineer on projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Successful completion of at least two projects through construction and handover stages.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering expertise to manage construction projects of major buildings and deep excavation works.
• Manage project stages from design through construction to handover, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.
• Synthesize data from CDE, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify and mitigate project coordination risks.
• Interpret and review technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models to support project execution and compliance.
• Utilize EDMS tools such as Bentley ProjectWise to manage project documentation, including RFIs and RFAs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations using Microsoft Office and Power BI dashboards to communicate project status and insights.
• Demonstrate negotiation and conflict management skills to engage with stakeholders for project alignment.
• Work independently and as a proactive team player in fast-paced, complex project environments.

Job Summary

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at all levels to drive project progress and resolve issues.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or acceptable accreditation to the OIC.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience as a C&S engineer, geotechnical engineer, mechanical engineer, or electrical engineer on projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Successful completion of at least two projects through construction and handover stages.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong technical background in project management and site coordination for large-scale civil, infrastructure, and multidisciplinary construction projects.
