Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, tendering, design review and supervision of consultants and contractors on building and infrastructure projects for MPA.

You will manage budgets, draft specs, track progress, and ensure compliance with PSSCOC while driving BIM-enabled design and innovative solutions. 3+ years of PM and engineering design experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for buildings/infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of BIM and handling public sector projects.
• Familiarity with PSSCOC for construction works.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan overall project schedule and budgeting.
• Lead design, construction management, and site supervision teams.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and expenditures for contracts.
• Report project progress and plans to management.
• Resolve technical issues on building and infrastructure works.
• Engage with other agencies on project-related issues.
• Explore and implement innovative tech solutions in projects.
