The ideal applicant should hold a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and have 2-3 years of relevant experience, alongside strong skills in project management and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Summary

Coordinate construction projects by planning resources, executing work according to detailed programmes and drawings, and engaging stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards are met on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project completion targets efficiently
• Identify potential project obstacles and come up with solutions proactively; escalate critical issues with proposed solutions for management decisions
• Execute construction projects by following detailed work programmes and construction drawings while maintaining strict quality and safety standards
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to coordinate site activities and resolve issues promptly
• Adapt to dynamic project needs by performing additional duties as assigned to support project success

Required competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB)
• Demonstrate initiative and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support project documentation and reporting
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in civil and structural engineering projects
• Applicants with good experience will be considered for the Senior post
• Open to interested fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and receive guidance
