Job summary

GD Precision Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an engineering project professional to manage and coordinate assigned projects, translating client needs into actionable tasks.

You will oversee quality, budget, and schedule; mentor project team; and collaborate with vendors, R&D, and the project manager to keep the work on track and compliant.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Work together with vendors and R&D to resolve technical issues
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Other ad-hoc tasks and/or other re-assignment of jobs by superior / management from time to time.
