Job summary

Beca Singapore invites a Senior Principal – Project Director to lead the delivery of major and complex Building Services projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and diverse clients across healthcare, commercial and mixed-use developments.

You will provide strategic leadership for project delivery, strengthen client relationships, ensure commercial success, and develop high-performing teams across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in MechanicalEngineering or Project Management.
• 15+ years in engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience managing high-risk, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project governance and controls.
• Excellent commercial acumen in profitability, claims and risk.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Strong leadership presence and sound judgement.
• Ability to work with colleagues, clients and partners at various levels.
• Collaborative, client-focused and delivery-driven working style.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver major and complex projects.
• Maintain and improve project delivery standards, systems and procedures.
• Oversee concept-to-completion scope, budgets, schedules and resourcing.
• Mentor and develop teams, build a resilient resource pool.
• Build and manage client, contractor and stakeholder relationships.
• Review and approve project deliverables ensuring governance and quality.
