Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Cost Control to lead cost control framework for post-award newbuild projects in Zhoushan. You will own cost reporting, analyze variances, and drive cost optimization in collaboration with Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement teams.

Role requires extensive experience in project cost control, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coach team members in Zhoushan Yard. Occasional business travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Engineering or Science with maritime exposure.
• 15 years relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in project cost control management with strong reporting and communication skills.
• MS Excel (Advanced) and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Take over post-award contracts and cost baseline budgeting.
• Set up revenue reporting with Commercial team.
• Monitor actual costs, performance, and variances monthly using ERP.
• Analyze cost variances and forecast EAC.
• Prepare PMSR and project cost reports.
