Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead PMO governance and planning for the APAC portfolio. You will supervise Project Engineers, Controls Engineers, and Document Controllers, ensuring consistency in scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and change control.

You will report to the APAC Director and collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize resource loading and drive continuous improvement across complex data center and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field and at least 15 years of experience.
• Proven experience in leading project controls and PMO governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance reviews, audits and health checks.
• Own and maintain project execution governance.
• Track portfolio margin and delivery performance across APAC.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
