Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Controls Manager for the APAC PMO to lead governance, planning and document control across a global portfolio. You will own execution governance, ensure delivery performance, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

You will supervise engineers and document controllers while coordinating resources and training to maintain scheduling accuracy, risk management and portfolio forecasting discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in managing multiple global stakeholders and large project teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls governance, planning and document control for APAC portfolio.
• Maintain tracking and reporting of margin and delivery performance.
• Coordinate resource loading across manufacturing, logistics and technical writing.
• Oversee PMO processes, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise Project Engineers, Project Controls Engineers and Document Controllers.
