Job summary

Rotary Engineering Private Limited seeks an experienced Planning & Control Manager to lead scheduling, cost control, and project controls for Oil & Gas or Energy Infrastructure EPC projects. You will develop master schedules, track progress, and drive KPI reporting across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.

The role requires deep expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, earned value, and risk management, with leadership experience overseeing planning teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
• 12–15 years of project controls and planning experience in EPC projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and earned value methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project master schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Monitor baselines, identify delays, critical paths, and recovery plans.
• Establish and maintain project cost control systems and budgets.
• Provide regular progress, variance reports, and KPI dashboards to stakeholders.
• Lead a team of planners and coordinate with EPC disciplines.
