Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies in Singapore is seeking a Project BIM Coordinator to oversee Civil & Structural BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specs, and coordinating between architectural, structural and MEP teams.

You will use Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office and VRCollab to identify clashes, maintain quality, and support model progression. The role requires strong communication and collaboration within project teams at Lorong Halus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Certified BIM professional or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years BIM experience as a Project Level BIM Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop BIM models for Civil & Structural disciplines.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Use Navisworks Manage or Solibri to identify clashes and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure BIM models meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain documentation of model progress and updates.
• Support and attend model coordination meetings with project teams.
