Job summary

HSBC Singapore is seeking a high-calibre Project and Programme Manager to drive end-to-end mobilisation and delivery across multiple workstreams in alignment with MAS expectations. You will translate business needs into executable scope and cutover outcomes, while partnering with Business, IT and Operations.

Lead steering governance, manage dependencies and RAID, and shape future-state operating models. Own budgets, headcount, and vendor performance, delivering auditable results within the GPS

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of enterprise change in Singapore with MAS knowledge.
• Track record of leading multi-workstream programmes across regions.
• Experience delivering regulatory/technology change with operating model impacts.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end programme mobilisation and delivery with governance routines.
• Translate business, regulatory and client needs into executable scope and cutover outcomes.
• Lead steering governance and senior stakeholder forums with clear recommendations.
• Orchestrate integrated delivery across workstreams, managing dependencies and RAID.
• Shape future-state operating model through cross-functional workshops.
• Own programme financials and resourcing, including budget and vendor performance.
• Build and lead delivery teams within Global Payments Solutions coordinating milestones.
• Ensure delivery is safe, controlled and auditable with change control and risk management.
