Job summary

HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited is seeking a Project and Programme Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for the GTS scope, with strong governance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead planning, budgeting, risk, and change management across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance to deliver measurable client outcomes and ensure successful transformation within HSBC’s enterprise framework.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to manage budget, risks and governance across complex programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for the GTS scope, ensuring plan delivery and governance.
• Lead executive governance, engage senior stakeholders and escalate blockers early.
• Direct integrated planning, dependency management, critical path tracking and reporting.
• Own financial management including budget oversight, forecasting and variances.
• Drive transformation execution focusing on end-to-end process integrity and outcomes.
• Hold workstream leads accountable and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
