Job summary

Singapore Management University in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of the Global Innovation Immersion (GII) China and Rest of World programme and local internships. You will translate national priorities into structured programme frameworks and governance aligned with RIE2030.

You will track metrics, report to programme leadership, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification in education/business preferred with 5–8 years in education programmes.
Strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems with awareness of industry trends.
Experience in experiential learning and talent development programme design.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end outreach strategy, governance, and delivery of GII China and Rest of World programmes and local internships.
Translate MOE and university priorities into structured programme frameworks and governance aligned with RIE2030.
Track programme metrics and prepare regular updates for leadership decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement using feedback and outcomes data to ensure audit-ready documentation.
