Qualifications

• Experience with screening and selection of cohorts.
• Ability to manage learner engagement and communication post-programme.
• Experience planning and executing programme activities.
• Strong data reporting and data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead learner recruitment activities with Outreach and Recruitment teams.
• Deliver learner engagement throughout the programme journey.
• Coordinate placements and monitor outcomes with Employer Partnerships.
• Provide learner-facing support and mentorship onboarding.
