Job summary

Generation Singapore is seeking a Programme Manager/Associate for a 6-month maternity cover contract to co-lead end-to-end operations for multiple cohorts. The role involves coordinating with curriculum, programmes, recruitment, and employer engagement to create impact for jobseekers in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-impact projects involving external partners.
• Strong collaboration with curriculum, programmes and employer-engagement teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee learner recruitment in collaboration with Marketing and Programmes Team.
• Lead learner engagement and support plan including mentorship through graduation.
• Troubleshoot learner issues with Programmes team and instructors.
• Support employer engagement and placement activities with Placements Team.
• Create cohort workplans and lead regular programme review meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage training partner onboarding, capability building and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate preparedness of instructors and training infrastructure with Curriculum & Instruction.
• Ensure instruction delivery meets Generation's quality standards.
