GENERATION: YOU EMPLOYED, SINGAPORE LTD. is seeking a Programme Associate to drive learner engagement, support recruitment, and coordinate placement activities in Singapore. The role reports to the Programme Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create impact for jobseekers.
The position offers hands-on experience across programme management, people engagement, and employment support, with opportunities to support diverse learners and contribute to successful outcomes.

As part of Generation Singapore, the Programme Associate will join a fast-paced, collaborative team dedicated to creating impact for jobseekers in Singapore. The Associate would report directly to the Programme Manager and collaborate closely with the other teams to create impact in the lives of the Generation learners.

You will be part of Generation: You Employed, Singapore a local charity with a mission to create meaningful career pathways for people facing barriers to employment. We are an affiliate of Generation: You Employed, a global network of non-profit organisations working on a mission to bridge the gap between education and employment systems to prepare, place and support people into meaningful jobs that are otherwise inaccessible. Generation was created in 2014 to help bridge this gap-at speed and scale. Till date, Generation has supported more than 158,000 people of all ages across 18 countries to get into career-launching jobs. Our placement rates are one of the best in the market at nearly 77% of all Generation graduates securing full-time jobs within 180 days from completing the programme.
