Job summary

The Lien Foundation in Singapore seeks a senior, action-oriented professional to lead programme development and partnership work across hospitals, social service agencies and universities. You will conceptulise innovative care models, secure funding, and drive pilot implementations that can scale to system-wide impact.

With a minimum of 8 years' experience, you will coordinate with diverse stakeholders, advocate for underfunded care areas, and operate with autonomy in a small, agile team.

• Test and demonstrate concepts by turning promising ideas into real offerings and services for system-wide impact.
• Advocate for change to prioritise and integrate underfunded areas like palliative care, rehabilitation and elder mental health.
