Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Singapore seeks a Senior Administrator I (Program) to act as the primary contact for customers, manage orders and forecasts, and ensure alignment with business goals and on-time delivery. You will support the Principal Program Leader on price changes, monitor AR, and update pricing in the system; manage ECN/RMA records and coordinate with the CFT to resolve issues.

Degree or Diploma required with 3+ years in electronics manufacturing or related fields; proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in Electronics Manufacturing industry or related field with customer/account management preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint; comfortable with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, managing their orders and forecasts to ensure alignment with business goals. Tracking of Demand waterfall chart, monitor on customer pull and ensure On Time Delivery (OTD).
• Driving the resolution of Excess & Obsolete (E&O) material issues by negotiating with customers to define material positioning and liability.
• Support Principal Program Leader (PPL) / Manager on price changes and to implement new pricing per agreed timeline and timely pricing update to the system. Monitor on Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure customer pay per due dates and cost recovery from customers on services rendered (eg, Overtime, PPV, etc).
• Managing technical records including Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Return Material Authorizations (RMA), and sales order updates.
• Collaborating with Customer Focus Team (CFT) to meet customer requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Participate in Lean and LSS program.
• General filing of correspondences between customers and plant.
• Draw up quotations to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
