Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of production support analysts and ensure service excellence.
• Own and manage incidents from detection to closure, with escalation when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and tech teams to resolve issues and drive stability.
• Ensure proper change, release and problem management, with quality updates and documentation.
