Job summary

You will lead a skilled team, ensure stability, and deliver proactive incident management and service excellence.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and oversee change and problem management while maintaining high-quality documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in banking/financial services with hands-on application management.
• At least 2 years of people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of production support analysts, promoting collaboration and service excellence.
• Serve as primary escalation point for major incidents and production issues.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement to enhance support effectiveness.
• Provide first-line production support for user issues and service requests within SLAs.
• Own incidents from identification to closure, coordinating with tech teams and vendors.
• Maintain documentation of issues, actions, decisions and lessons learned.
