Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production support experience in banking/financial IT.
• Hands-on with AS400, SQL queries and log parsing for issue investigation.
• Ability to work in 24x7 onsite shift model and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate production issues, respond per severity SLAs.
• Maintain system availability across applications as per SLA.
• Support disaster recovery exercises and patches.
• Document incidents and resolutions for each release.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and ensure timely closures.
• Utilize monitoring tools like Control-M, Splunk, SQL Monitor.
