Job summary

ASM FRONT-END MANUFACTURING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Production Planner to ensure on-time delivery of advanced semiconductor equipment. You will coordinate BOM structures, schedules, and cross-functional activities to drive efficiency and quality in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping while leveraging SAP S/4Hana, Excel, and Power BI to optimize planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environment.
• Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Independent, diligent, and highly motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage BOM and multi-level BOM structures for semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
• Manage labor hours, cost roll and shipment fulfillment.
• Analyze projects promptly and accurately, ensuring demand loading, change management, and milestone deliverables for successful closure and on-time shipment.
• Plan and prepare production schedules aligned with manufacturing milestones and build plans.
• Drive cross-functional teams to meet key dates: Assembly Start, PMCD, and shipment deadlines.
• Manage engineering and configuration changes in SAP and TeamCenter.
• Act as the primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements in a dynamic environment.
• Implement process improvements to ensure cycle time and delivery requirements are met.
